Batteries
When replacing the batteries in the jumpstarters, be very cautious of buying a ‘better priced’ one from elsewhere. The batteries we use have been specifically designed/modified for jumpstarting, and come with a long history of performance. We know what we are selling and what it is capable of.

Parts
We can completely rebuild any of our units, so if you have lost a widget or smashed the do-hicky, we can replace it.

If you have a jumpstarter problem, it will be easiest if you have the unit with you, access to 240v, the supplied charger and a multi-meter. We can then do some simple tests over the phone in an attempt to solve the problem.

Warranty
All of our units are subject to a 12 month manufacturers warranty. With a less than 1% rate of return, we are confident that our products will deliver many years of reliable service.
