Batteries

When replacing the batteries in the jumpstarters, be very cautious of buying a ‘better priced’ one from elsewhere.

The batteries we use have been specifically designed/modified for jumpstarting, and come with a long history of performance. We know what we are selling and what it is capable of.

Parts

We can completely rebuild any of our units, so if you have lost a widget or smashed the do-hicky, we can replace it.

If you have a jumpstarter problem, it will be easiest if you have the unit with you, access to 240v, the supplied charger and a multi-meter. We can then do some simple tests over the phone in an attempt to solve the problem.

Warranty

All of our units are subject to a 12 month manufacturers warranty. With a less than 1% rate of return, we are confident that our products will deliver many years of reliable service.
For parts, service or any questions, please call us on 02 4342 0404. Essentially, return the unit to us at the warehouse and we’ll fix it.
